Sewing Machine Layout for Denim Pant (5 Pocket) Making Garments Factory.
Denim pant. A modern dress. Men women teenage and aged
people or children everybody likes to wear denim pants. A jeans pant is
fashionable. It is comfortable to wear and join the office or party.
Denim pant also is known as Denim Bottom. It’s a garment
factory language. In a denim bottom manufacturing garments factory, all the
sewing machines used are heavy duty. Sometimes extra heavy duty.
Here I add the word extra heavy-duty because once upon
a time I sold 12 sets 5 thread Overlock machine. I delivered those heavy-duty Overlock
machine is a denim bottom factory. After installation is done, factory maintenance
manager came to test stitch and he reported these all machines are heavy-duty
but they need extra heavy duty because their buyers all the orders are 18-ounce
denim fabrics.
So those heavy-duty machines were not workable there. I
got returned all those sewing machines and later month I supplied them all
extra heavy duty Overlock machines. 15 months gone and still, my machines are
running there well.
One more thing I want to share with you that is denim
pant or denim bottom making factories are called woven factory.
Now I will share my practical experience in those factories that use manual sewing machine
layout for Five (5) Pocket. Here the word manual means not automated. In denim
bottom, factory auto means not only auto thread trimming, its automation. I
repeat its automation.
